The Pasta Mancini Story
A third-generation farmer, Massimo Mancini enthusiastically built a state-of-the-art pasta factory in the middle of his family’s wheat farm in 2010. His beloved grandfather, Mariano, the family patriarch, began farming the gentle hills of Italy’s Le Marche region in 1938. With degrees in agronomy science and business, Massimo sought to marry old-world farming techniques with contemporary pasta-making technology.
Nestled in the green and gold fields of eastern Italy, the sleekly modern factory epitomizes the Mancini family’s steadfast dedication to creating the finest pasta by controlling every step of the process.

Mancini Pastificio Agricolo believes good pasta is a duet: a delicate balance of semolina and water, two simple ingredients working together. It starts with seed selection, careful fields management and milling, followed by extrusion from massive bronze die plates to create the rough texture for sauces to cling to.
Social Responsibility
Pasta Mancini describes itself as pastaficio agricolo, an agricultural pasta factory, and it is one of reasons they embrace Italy’s Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in their farming. This is a set of integrated rules for eco-friendly and sustainable management of agricultural activities, in order to produce raw material with the highest, most nutritious quality. This results in the least possible environmental impact, as well as promoting the health and safety of the farm workers.
