Francis Francis Repair by Sapori fine flavors

Sapori Fine Flavors is proud to be the official non-warranty repair facility for all Francis Francis espresso machines. We are confident we can diagnose and repair your Francis Francis machine promptly and successfully. From receipt of your machine, our goal is to have your machine on its way back to you within 20-25 business days of receiving it in our warehouse. 

We will reply with a confirmation email within 2-3 business days and include your assigned work order number and detailed shipping instructions. By shipping us your machine, you are agreeing to our Preliminary Diagnostic and Repair Fee of $120. This fee includes machine diagnostics, the first hour of repair, and return shipment within the continental United States. Depending on the diagnosis, repair fees may be higher than our base rate of $120. In this case, you will be contacted for further approval.

There are a few occasions when Sapori is unable to source an outdated part on original X1s or X5s. In these cases, the diagnosis fee is only $65.
