Artisan, durum wheat Italian pasta
Pasta Mancini
Mancini Pastificio Agricolo produces pasta the old-fashioned way, using its own durum wheat and processed using a round, bronzed die. Pasta is a duet: water and semolina, just two simple ingredients, working together. The best pasta can only be achieved when the wheat is farmed and processed correctly. That’s why Pasta Mancini starts with its own wheat and an environmentally-friendly factory in the middle of the golden fields on Monte San Pietrangeli, in the heart of the eastern Italian region known as the Marche.
